One of the questions we are asked often is how to watch the new (2010) episodes of Doctor Who. As one might guess, these questions for the most part come from outside of the UK. Obviously for those in the UK, one just has to check the Radio Times listings to see where and when they can watch new episodes of Doctor Who on the various BBC channels and/or the BBC iPlayer.

Outside of the UK though, it is trickier, but there are various choices. It comes down to the digital medium, be it digital downloads, streaming, or on a physical disc or transmission/broadcast medium (which today is digital as well, but we get too technical here).

You may have seen the White Robot at a Doctor Who conventions, but does the White Robot really exist? Now there is an answer this question. Doctor Who: Podshock special correspondent, Billy Davis constructed his classic White Robot costume as a nod to the 1968 Patrick Troughton story, The Mind Robber. It has become a popular attraction recently at select conventions such as Chicago TARDIS and Gallifrey 2009.

Since we introduced the first Gallifreyan Embassy T-shirts back in 1986, they have been popular fashion wear at conventions, meet ups, special events, PBS pledge drives, and just everyday wear. These original shirts and buttons have been long unavailable until 2005, when with the launch of Doctor Who: Podshock, we re-introduced Gallifreyan Embassy / Podshock shirts again. In another exclusive from Forbidden Planet (UK), they are now taking pre-orders for a new figure of the Sixth Doctor from The Caves of Androzani. This is the third 6th Doctor as played by Colin Baker figure to be released by Underground Toys. This version is of the 6th Doctor as he was immediately after regenerating from the 5th Doctor. He appears still muddy in the 5th Doctor's clothes. 

This figure is limited to sale in the UK and Eire from Forbidden Planet (UK). It is expected on in their warehouse on 12 August 2009. No further information on where it will be available outside of the UK is known at this time.

Forbidden Planet (UK) has announced the availability of two versions of the 3rd Doctor (as played by Jon Pertwee) collectable action figure expected to arrive in their warehouse on the 30th of October 2009. It is going to be available in two sets.
